As with the preview version, Outlook Office will work just fine if I set up gmail as the only email account. But as soon as I try to add a synch with Outlook. From what I can see, we’re still living with the – apparently eternal – inability of Microsoft to synch its own email system with its own Outlook product.

I eventually found that you can right click on the outlook icon and run the troubleshoot compatibilty it will ask to revert to old versions that worked and I tried that and it seemed to work.
