I have to go to a different file and then back to the inbook before I can receive my mail.

The second problem it continues to crash. I remove my add in for my virus protection and it works and then the virus protection adds itself again. Then it starts crashing again and I loose everything I had type. This went on for three tries just today. If this program has a bug it needs fixing or discontinue offering it until the problems are fixed.
